Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) of Comfy Elite® (“Comfy Elite®”, “we”, “our” or “us”) applies only to orders placed directly via https://store.comfyelite.com or through our authorized platforms and governs refunds for canceled transactions and returned products.

Comfy Elite® only accepts returns of products purchased directly from https://www.comfyelite.com and will not process returns or refunds for products purchased from other retailers.

You will need to provide your order number to start a return. Please note, we cannot honor any warranty for goods not purchased through legitimate sources, such as unauthorized resellers or stolen goods.

At Comfy Elite®, we want our customers to be completely delighted with our products and service. If at any time within 30 days of receiving your product you are not fully satisfied, you can return it to us for a full refund (product price only). Lifetime Warranty

Our Premium Travel Kit comes with a Lifetime Warranty. If you are not satisfied with the travel pillow, we will replace it with a new one. Refunds will only be issued if the Premium Travel Kit is out of stock and we are unable to send a replacement item. Return and Refund Terms

Any Return Request must include your order confirmation number, full name, and contact information. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your return. Products must be returned in their original condition, packaging, and with all included accessories and documentation. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Comfy Elite® reserves the right to reject returns of items that are damaged, washed, stained, or altered in any way.

Restocking Fee

If a returned product is missing accessories or documentation, a restocking fee of 10% of the full retail price (before discounts) may be deducted from your refund. Products missing key elements will not be accepted and are ineligible for a refund.

Inspection and Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. Approved returns will be refunded for the amount actually paid (after discounts or coupons applied). Rejected returns will not be refunded, and you may be held liable for any damages caused to the product.

Errors, Defects, or Damaged Items

Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product at [email protected]. We will evaluate the issue and arrange for the product to be returned for review. If the product is determined to have a manufacturing defect, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Important Notes

Items returned in “as-new” condition in their original packaging within 30 days will receive a refund to the original payment method. Opened items may qualify for store credit in the form of a Comfy Elite® gift certificate. Items damaged due to inadequate return packaging will be eligible for store credit only.

Out of Stock Situations

If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you. You may choose to cancel the order and receive a full refund, or you can agree to a later delivery date. If the item is permanently out of stock, you will be fully refunded.

Returning a Gift?

If you are returning a gift, we will provide you with a Comfy Elite® gift certificate for the value of the returned item. The sender will not be notified.

Policy Modifications

Comfy Elite® reserves the right to update this Policy at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting on our website, and continued use of our site indicates acceptance of these changes.
